(LaPresse) – The President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella, has just issued the decree-law ‘Urgent measures to ensure the smooth start of the 2026/2027 school year, to support the measures of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) falling within the remit of the Ministry of Education and Merit, to promote the integration of foreign students in schools, as well as in the fields of higher education and research’, and has authorised the submission of the relevant conversion bill to Parliament. This was announced by the Quirinale.
