Rome, Oct. 5 (LaPresse) – “The Iranian regime is weaker than ever since its founding. It is fighting for its survival and will eventually leave this world.” Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said this while speaking at a ceremony on Mount Herzl to commemorate the third anniversary of the October 7 massacre. “Israel is fighting a war of rebirth that could not be more necessary or justified,” Netanyahu added, speaking of “slanders” by world leaders who criticize Israel. “You should be ashamed of your lies; the truth is that we are also protecting you, and the morality of our soldiers is unparalleled,” Netanyahu continued, assuring that in Gaza “there will be no Hamas government. We have tasks to carry out and we intend to complete them. Anyone who has taken our citizens hostage will live on borrowed time.”
