(LaPresse) – King Felipe VI of Spain has signed the decree dissolving the Cortes and calling for early elections, which was approved by the extraordinary Council of Ministers convened this morning by Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez. According to El País, Felipe signed the decree as soon as he landed at Helsinki Airport, where he had arrived for a state visit to Finland alongside Queen Letizia.
