Milan, 7 Oct. (LaPresse) – “7 October. Three years since Hamas’s barbaric terrorist attacks claimed the lives of over 1,200 people, including 51 of our compatriots. Three years since we have shared in the grief of the State of Israel and the bereaved families. Three years on, we have not forgotten either the names or the faces: those of Maya, Ohad, Valentin and so many others. Combating antisemitism and terrorism, everywhere and at all times, and working for peace and security for all: this is France’s commitment.” French President Emmanuel Macron wrote this on X to mark the third anniversary of the attack on 7 October 2023, carried out by Hamas in southern Israel.
