(LaPresse) – The defense of Andrea Sempio, accused of murder as part of the Pavia Prosecutor’s Office’s new investigation into the Garlasco crime, is carefully analyzing all the documents filed with the conclusion of the investigation on September 28. A meeting of the 38-year-old’s lawyers is scheduled for Monday. Consultants are at work and will decide whether and what deductions to respond to. The deadline for filing counterarguments expires on October 18th, and in recent days, lawyers Angela Taccia and Liborio Cataliotti announced that a double deposit will be made, without waiting until the last available day.
