(LaPresse) – The Carabinieri in Castel San Pietro (Bologna) have found a body in the Laghetto Meriver in Osteria Grande. “There’s a body floating in the water” – this was the call received this morning by the 112 emergency service from a member of the public who had seen the silhouette of a person floating in the Laghetto Meriver in Osteria Grande, adjacent to the Via Emilia, a popular green space, particularly with families with children. Upon receiving the news, at around 9.30 am, Carabinieri from the Castel San Pietro Terme station and the Imola Mobile Operations Unit rushed to the scene, along with paramedics from the 118 emergency service and the fire brigade, to recover the body of an adult man, as yet unidentified, and carry out the necessary investigations, together with the Carabinieri from the Scientific Investigations Section in Bologna and the coroner.
