(LaPresse) – Unipol announces that the rights issue period for the capital increase has been successfully concluded. 98.42 per cent of the total shares offered were subscribed, amounting to a total of €2.46 billion. Any unexercised subscription rights will be offered on 28 and 29 October 2026, unless the auction is closed early. During the offer period approved on 7 October by the Board of Directors, which began on 12 October and concluded today, Unipol states in a press release, 706,014,237 option rights were exercised to subscribe for 119,663,430 New Shares, representing approximately 98.42 per cent of the total New Shares offered, representing a total value of €2,460,280,120.80.
