Rome, 3 Nov. (LaPresse) – Emergency power cuts are currently taking place in Kyiv and the Kyiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions. This has been reported by the RBC-Ukraine news agency, citing the energy company Dtek, which states that the blackouts were ordered on the instructions of the national operator Ukrenergo. During these emergency power cuts, the normal power cut schedules do not apply. Meanwhile, according to the Russian news agency TASS, the Ministry of Defence in Moscow has stated that it carried out a massive attack on energy infrastructure in the Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions, which, according to the Russian authorities, supply enterprises in the Ukrainian defence industry.
