The legendary Madrid goalkeeper announced this in an exclusive interview broadcast by Movistar, in which he said: "A wonderful career has come to an end. I decided to quit last January. I talked to my wife and we decided together," confessed the goalkeeper, who could play his last game on Friday. The former Napoli and Lazio goalkeeper also announced that he will embark on a new career as a coach in the near future, a role he will take on starting next season.
