Tariffs, EU: ‘Use new pause wisely, negotiate with US’

Brussels, 26 May (LaPresse) – ‘We are in a very tense geopolitical situation, we will analyse the markets and there are many influences’, ‘in relation to the imminent tariffs’ by the US "I believe that we must also use the new deadline, until 9 July, wisely to negotiate with the United States and avoid any kind of tariffs. This would be detrimental to farmers and food producers on both sides of the Atlantic, and I believe we cannot afford it.
