Genoa: Opinio Rai exit poll, Salis 53-57% and Piciocchi 38-42%

Rome, May 26 (LaPresse) – Silvia Salis, the center-left candidate for mayor of Genoa, is clearly ahead of her center-right challenger Pietro Piciocchi. This emerges from the first Opinio exit poll for Rai. The broad coalition candidate is leading with a preference range between 53% and 57%, while the challenger follows with a percentage between 38% and 42%. With over 50%, the mayoral candidate would be elected in the first round.
