Rome, 1 October (LaPresse) – The Italian Plan provides for ‘2 billion in investments in 2025 for new production platforms and models’ and ‘6 billion in contracts with component manufacturers,’ ‘a commitment that was reiterated to me by the new CEO of Stellantis, Italian Antonio Filosa, at the last meeting he attended with ANFIA President Vavassori.’ This was stated by the Minister for Enterprise and Made in Italy, Adolfo Urso, responding to a question from Azione on the car crisis during Question Time in the Chamber of Deputies. ‘We will convene the automotive round table in November to monitor what has been done so far with companies and associations, knowing full well that the coming weeks will be decisive for the revision of the CO2 Regulation. Let’s all work together as one team to change Europe.’
