Construction, MIT: “Code not about past abuses, rules aim to prevent future disputes”

Milan, Dec. 4 (LaPresse) – The delegated law on construction and building, which will be discussed today in the Council of Ministers, does not address past abuses in any way. On the contrary, the aim of the reform is to provide the sector with a Code based on clear and simple rules, to prevent future disputes arising from regulatory ambiguities, such as the one currently affecting the Municipality of Milan. This was stated in a note from the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport (MIT).
