Milan, 18 February (LaPresse) – According to the Financial Times, European Central Bank (ECB) President Christine Lagarde will leave her post before the end of her eight-year term, which expires in April 2027. Lagarde would thus like to give French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz the opportunity to choose her successor.
