(LaPresse) – “As part of a natural process of organisational and governance evolution, the Dolce&Gabbana Group confirms that Stefano Gabbana has resigned from his positions at Dolce & Gabbana Holding Srl, Dolce & Gabbana Trademarks Srl and Dolce & Gabbana Srl, effective 1 January 2026. This resignation has no bearing on the creative activities carried out for the Group by Stefano Gabbana himself.” So stated the Dolce&Gabbana Group in a press release. On the subject of debt, “the company has nothing to say at present as negotiations with the banks are still ongoing,” the statement continued.
