Rome, 11 June (LaPresse) – A senior official at the Ministry of Transport, Emanuela Pellegrini, is under investigation as part of the Belluno Public Prosecutor’s Office inquiry into the construction of the Apollonio-Socrepes cable car, the Cortina cableway that was due to be operational for the start of the Winter Olympics. Pellegrini, who has been at the Ministry in Porta Pia since December 2022, is the coordinator of the technical mission unit and holds a position working directly with Minister Matteo Salvini.
