Rome, 28 June (LaPresse) – Further price falls across the retail network. The Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy has announced that, according to the latest data collected by the Mimit Price Observatory, as of today – Sunday 28 June 2026 – the average prices at self-service pumps along the national road network stand at €1.810 per litre for petrol and €1.893 per litre for diesel. Fuel prices on the motorway network are also continuing to fall, with the average self-service price dropping to €1.902 per litre for petrol and €1.980 per litre for diesel. To examine trends in the prices of petroleum products and fuels in light of the Memorandum of Understanding between the United States and Iran and the consequent resumption of trade flows through the Strait of Hormuz, the Minister for Enterprise and Made in Italy, Senator Adolfo Urso, has convened a meeting for Tuesday 30 June at 5.30 pm at Palazzo Piacentini with representatives of the main oil companies operating in Italy: Api-Ip, Eni, Q8 and Tamoil.
