Milan, July 3 (LaPresse) – The average spending per household for the summer sales is 201 euros. This is Confcommercio’s estimate ahead of the sales, which begin tomorrow throughout Italy, with the exception of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano (July 16). According to estimates from Confcommercio’s Research Department, this year each household will spend an average of 201 euros—equivalent to 91 euros per person—on discounted clothing, for a total value of 3.2 billion euros. The number of households shopping during the sales is 16.1 million.
