(LaPresse) – Between 3 August and 7 August 2026, Intesa Sanpaolo purchased a total of 8,570,435 shares, representing approximately 0.05 per cent of the share capital, at an average purchase price per share of €6.8130, for a total value of €58,390,510.15. As at 7 August 2026, since the start of the programme, Intesa Sanpaolo had purchased a total of 133,416,165 shares, representing approximately 0.75% of the share capital, at an average purchase price per share of €6.3545, for a total value of €847,789,173.48.
