Hong Kong, 20 August (LaPresse/AP) – Oil prices have risen slightly, as negotiations between the United States and Iran over the war have made little progress. Brent crude, the international benchmark, is up 0.28 per cent at $91.88 per barrel. Before the war, it was trading at around $72 per barrel. The US benchmark, WTI crude, rose slightly by 0.19 per cent to $84.55 per barrel.
