Rome, Oct. 5 (LaPresse) – The value of the IGI (Italian Gas Index) for October 5 is €77.37/MWh, up from €74.38/MWh on October 4. The index, calculated daily by the Gestore dei Mercati Energetici (GME), provides a tool for interpreting and assessing developments observed on Italy’s gas markets and is intended as a transparent and replicable reference for operators for hedging operations and/or supply contracts.
