Music, Irene Grandi: new single ‘Favole’ out on April 11

Milan, April 4 (LaPresse) – On April 11, “Favole”, the new single by Irene Grandi, will be released, a prelude to the "Fiera di Me" tour, whose first summer dates have been announced. On May 31, Irene Grandi will perform in Scandiano (Reggio Emilia), followed by shows in Tortona (Alessandria) on June 12, San Giovanni (Sassari) on June 28, Verona on July 26, Bertinoro (Forlì-Cesena) on July 31, Cefalù (Palermo) on August 5, Pineto (Teramo) on August 8, and Giovinazzo (Bari) on August 9.

"Favole" is a soft and engaging song, but with a subtle vein of disenchanted melancholy. It's a track that invites reflection on how hard it is today to take responsibility in a relationship. Maybe for fear of suffering, the difficulty of dialogue, or the hectic pace life imposes. The fact is, truly committing has become complicated. We no longer know how to choose to believe in fairy tales, we hold back, we protect ourselves from love's vulnerability. Yet, giving up on fairy tales completely isn't easy: we remain suspended on a swing, torn between the innate desire to love and the temptation to escape," says the artist.

With this new single, she opens the door to a spring and summer full of music and concerts, with more dates to come for the "Fiera di Me" Tour — a journey through thirty years of songs that have accompanied, shaped, and transformed her. Meanwhile, Warner Music continues remastering her albums on vinyl. After the May 2024 release of “Irene Grandi”, her 1994 debut, “In vacanza da una vita” (1995) is now out — printed on vinyl for the first time and available starting April 4, 2025.
