Cinema: accident on the set of “Spiderman”, Tom Holland hospitalised

Rome, 22 September (LaPresse) – Misfortune for Tom Holland on the set of “Spiderman: Brand New Day”, the new chapter in the Marvel superhero saga. According to international press reports, the actor hit his head after falling, suffering a mild concussion, and was hospitalised. The accident led to the interruption of filming, which will resume in a few days, as soon as Holland has fully recovered. A stunt double was also involved in the same accident and was hospitalised. A meeting is scheduled for today between Sony, which is producing the film together with Marvel, to draw up a plan for the future. Production of the blockbuster began in Glasgow in early August and the film is scheduled for release next summer.
