Oscars: Burani’s short ‘Playing God’ makes the shortlist

Rome, Dec. 16 (LaPresse) – Matteo Burani’s ‘Playing God’ has made the shortlist for the upcoming Academy Awards in the Animated Short Film category. For a nomination it will compete with ‘Autokar’, ‘Butterfly’, ‘Cardboard’, ‘Éiru’, ‘Forevergreen’, ‘The Girl Who Cried Pearls’, ‘Hurikán’, ‘I Died in Irpin’, ‘The Night Boots’, ‘The Quinta’s Ghost’, ‘Retirement Plan’, ‘The Shyness of Trees’ and ‘Snow Bear’.
