Los Angeles, Jan 12 (LaPresse) – Triumph for ‘Adolescence’ at the Golden Globes. The British TV series, directed by Philip Barantini, was awarded Best Miniseries. Recognition also went to 16-year-old Owen Cooper, the lead actor, to Stephen Graham, the lead actor’s father, and to Erin Doherty, who plays the role of a therapist in the series. ‘The Pitt’, set in an emergency room in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, was awarded Best Dramatic TV Series.
