Milan, 17 June (LaPresse) – Enzo Ghinazzi, better known as Pupo, will be among the 527,747 students sitting the first written paper of their A-level exams tomorrow. Having left his science-focused secondary school in his second year, at the age of 16, to devote himself entirely to music, Pupo has decided to return to the classroom and obtain his school-leaving certificate at the Istituto Minerva in Rome, now that he is 70 years old. A late blossoming that will help him pass the most dreaded exam of all: the school-leaving exams. “I know that, technically, it won’t be of any use to me, but it will help me boost my self-esteem and self-confidence,” Pupo commented on the eve of the first exam paper. “Ever since I was born, I have constantly sought new challenges and goals that would give real meaning to my life. And, until the bell rings, this will be my way of life,” he added.
