Rome, Sept. 2 (LaPresse) — Rai has provided Sigfrido Ranucci’s attorneys with the requested documentation regarding the company’s decision to remove the journalist from hosting *Report*. In the letter received today by Ranucci’s attorney—in response to his request for a detailed explanation of the reasons for his removal from hosting *Report*—Rai explains, according to LaPresse, that “the reasons underlying” the removal “have already been fully explained in the communication sent” to the journalist “and constitute an exercise of the employer’s right to unilaterally reorganize job duties for the purpose of work organization. There is therefore no need for further clarification or supporting documentation,” Rai adds.
