Milan, 10 Mar. (LaPresse) – Milan's magistrate Alessandra Di Fazio has validated the emergency seizure of Davide Lacerenza's Gintoneria and the ‘Malmaison’ privè in via Lepetit in the investigation by public prosecutor Francesca Crupi for aiding and abetting prostitution and exploitation of prostitution, possession and trafficking of drugs and self-laundering, which on Tuesday placed the entrepreneur, Wanna Marchi's ex-partner and daughter Stefania Nobile and factotutm Davide Ariganello under house arrest. All three are scheduled to be interrogated tomorrow. Lacerenza and Nobile, defended by lawyer Liborio Cataliotti, have expressed their intention to make use of the faculty of not answering. The judge has yet to assess whether to validate or annul the emergency seizure of approximately 900,000 euro as profit from the crimes carried out by the Gdf's Economic and Financial Police Unit on the current accounts and for the equivalent on the bottles of fine spirits of the club where – according to the charges – ‘packages’ of escorts and cocaine could be bought and frequented by dozens of VIPs, journalists, influencers, lawyers.
