Milan, March 11 (LaPresse) – The young escorts who frequented the Gintoneria club on Via Napo Torriani in Milan were "at the disposal" of Davide Lacerenza and the club's clients. This is what some of the women, heard as witnesses by investigators from the Financial Police’s Economic-Financial Police Unit, reportedly stated in the investigation led by prosecutor Francesca Crupi, which focuses on charges of pimping, sexual exploitation, drug trafficking, and money laundering. The women were questioned under the prosecutor’s orders between the arrests on March 4 and today’s guarantee interrogations, but not during the first phase of the preliminary investigation to prevent them from alerting Lacerenza to the ongoing investigation. All of them reportedly confirmed the information already revealed in the precautionary custody order. They were either already at the club or called upon by wealthy clients, including journalists, politicians, lawyers, and influencers. In addition to these women, investigators have summoned several employees of the club and the nearby Malmaison "pink privé" on Via Lepetit for paid sexual services. Judge Alessandra Di Fazio is yet to decide whether to confirm the urgent preventive seizure of 900,000 euros as the crime's profit. So far, around 80,000 euros have been found and "frozen." The hypothesis that a minor prostitute was involved, as suggested by wiretaps involving Wanna Marchi (who is not under investigation), seems to be unfounded.
