Milan, March 12 (LaPresse) – The lawyers of Alberto Stasi will assess whether to request a retrial after reviewing "the developments" and examining "the confidential case files" from the new investigation by the Pavia Prosecutor’s Office into Andrea Sempio.
"Then, of course, we will act," said lawyer Giada Bocellari, who, along with colleague Antonio De Renzis, represents the 41-year-old currently serving a 16-year sentence in Bollate prison for the murder of Chiara Poggi, killed in Garlasco on August 13, 2007.
For now, the defense attorneys will not file a request for review with the Brescia Court of Appeal.
