Udine, 14 October (LaPresse) – Tensions on the streets of Udine near Piazza Primo Maggio, where the pro-Palestine march organised on the day of the Italy-Israel match valid for the 2026 World Cup qualifiers came to an end. A group of masked activists attempted to break through the security cordon of police in riot gear, throwing firecrackers and smoke bombs. The police responded by firing tear gas.
