Rome, 30 October (LaPresse) – The Carabinieri of the Rome Investigation Unit have seized messages and recordings sent by Gennaro Sangiuliano to Maria Rosaria Boccia, who is under investigation as part of the inquiry stemming from the complaint filed by the former Minister of Culture. Boccia is charged with unlawful interference after the publication, in an online newspaper, of audio recordings attributed to Sangiuliano and made public during an interview given by the businesswoman. The investigation led the Rome Public Prosecutor’s Office to request the woman’s indictment. The charges include aggravated stalking, personal injury, defamation, interference in private life and forgery. The seizure will serve to clarify the dynamics of the dissemination of the audio files.
