Agcom: from 12 November, free access to 48 porn sites will be blocked

Milan, 31 October (LaPresse) – AgCom has published on its website a list of sites that, starting on 12 November, will no longer be accessible through self-certification of age. There are 48 sites in total on the Agcom list. Among them are PornHub, YouPorn, and OnlyFans. The list was compiled in accordance with Article 13-bis of the Caivano Decree, which introduced the obligation for operators of websites with pornographic content to verify the age of users in order to prevent access by minors. AgCom Resolution 96/25/CONS establishes the technical and procedural methods for implementing the verification in accordance with the decree.
