Naples, 18-year-old shot in the leg: investigation underway

Naples, Nov. 8 (LaPresse) – The Carabinieri of the Stella company intervened last night at the Pellegrini Hospital in Naples for a young man injured by gunfire to the legs. According to a preliminary reconstruction, still under verification, the victim – an 18-year-old with no prior criminal record from the “Case Nuove” area – was in Via Michelangelo Ciccone near a club when he was approached by an unknown person who, for unclear reasons, fired at him. The victim was hit in the calves: two shots, both entering and exiting. The 18-year-old remains hospitalized under observation and is not in life-threatening condition. The Carabinieri of the Naples Stella Operational Unit are investigating to reconstruct the full circumstances of the incident.
