Milan, Nov. 12 (LaPresse) – The former lawyer of Andrea Sempio, Massimo Lovati, has been summoned by the Brescia Prosecutor’s Office for questioning in the investigation concerning former deputy prosecutor of Pavia, Mario Venditti, who is accused of judicial corruption for having requested the dismissal of charges in 2017 against the Voghera clerk accused of killing Chiara Poggi in Garlasco on August 13, 2007. This was reported by Lovati’s spokesperson, Alfredo Sciacca, who was appointed yesterday to handle his communications with the press. The Pavia lawyer has received an invitation to appear as a non-suspect for Thursday at 4 p.m. before Brescia prosecutor Claudia Moregola.
