Rome, 16 November (LaPresse) – Pope Leo XIV made a surprise visit to St. Peter’s Square before the Jubilee Mass for the Poor. The Pope greeted the pilgrims present: ‘Good morning and happy Sunday, good morning to everyone and welcome,’ he said, reminding them: ‘We must all be among the Lord’s poor because our life is a gift from God and we receive it with great gratitude.’ The Pope then invited everyone to the Angelus after Mass.
