Milan, Jan. 7 (LaPresse) – “I am not an expert, but I would like Italy to bring a civil action.” These were the words of Andrea Costanzo, Chiara’s father, to Education Minister Giuseppe Valditara, on the sidelines of the funeral of his daughter who died in the tragedy in Crans-Montana.
