Milan, 26 January (LaPresse) – ‘A total gag order, all web hosting, is preventive censorship.’ This is according to Fabrizio Corona’s lawyer, Ivano Chiesa, speaking to LaPresse about the measure blocking the broadcast of further content from Falsissimo concerning Alfonso Signorini. The measure ‘is completely wrong’. ‘In all my years, I have never seen anything like this,’ he said. ‘It sets a dangerous precedent. Fabrizio has now learned his lesson. I told him he must respect the judge’s decision.’
