Camorra: raid in Scampia against the Vanella-Grassi clan

Milan, 24 February (LaPresse) – From the early hours of dawn, the Carabinieri of the Provincial Command of Naples have been executing a precautionary measure issued by the investigating magistrate of the Court of Naples, at the request of the Neapolitan Anti-Mafia Directorate, against members of the Vanella Grassi clan, who are strongly suspected of criminal association of a Camorra type, robbery, possession of narcotic substances and possession of firearms, aggravated by mafia methods and purposes. Among those targeted by the measure are members of the Nirda-Strangio ‘ndrina of Reggio Calabria.
