Rome, 10 April (LaPresse) – Alfredo Cospito is set to have his 41 bis regime extended. The anarchist has been held under strict prison conditions for two years, pursuant to a ministerial decree due to expire on 4 May, and – according to government sources – the intention is to confirm this measure. No formal decision has yet been taken – it is pointed out – but the preliminary investigation to verify whether the conditions for Cospito’s detention under Article 41 bis still apply is expected to be concluded in the coming weeks.
