Milan: collision with concrete pillar leaves two young people dead

Milan, 3 May (LaPresse) – The bodies of two young people, aged 25 and 26 – a man and a woman – were found this morning in the province of Milan on the 704 local road linking the towns of Tribiano and Mulazzano, south of the provincial capital. According to the account given by the emergency services who arrived at 8 am, the pair were travelling in a small-engined vehicle last night when they lost control of the vehicle, first ending up in a ditch about four metres deep and then crashing into a concrete post. The area, which is rarely used at night, meant that emergency services could not be alerted immediately. The bodies of the two young men were spotted this morning by two passers-by, who immediately dialled the emergency number. The Melegnano Volunteer Fire Brigade, the Tribiano Carabinieri and the 118 emergency services attended the scene.
