Milan, 10 June (LaPresse) – Belén Rodriguez is under investigation by the Milan Public Prosecutor’s Office for failing to stop and assist following two road accidents that took place in Milan on 23 May. The investigation was assigned by Public Prosecutor Marcello Viola to Deputy Public Prosecutor Maria Cristina Ria following a report by the local police, who, upon completing their inquiries, had already ordered the revocation of the showgirl’s driving licence. The case concerns two incidents that took place in the city centre when the presenter allegedly struck the wing mirror of a parked car whilst driving her SUV without stopping. Shortly afterwards, she was reportedly involved in a second accident involving a scooter and other parked cars, causing minor injuries to several people. These events occurred just a few hours before Belén Rodriguez fell ill, leading to her being admitted to hospital.
