Rimini, 10 June (LaPresse) – After more than 16 hours in chambers, the Rimini Assize Court has acquitted Louis Dassilva, who was accused of the murder of Pierina Paganelli, killed in October 2023 in Rimini, in the residential complex on Via dei Ciclamini. The verdict was delivered at around 2.25 am. Dassilva heard the verdict seated between his lawyers, Riario Fabbri and Andrea Guidi. The courtroom was packed, and applause broke out as the verdict was read. Dassilva was embraced by his lawyers and brought his hands to his face, whilst Paganelli’s family members immediately left the courtroom.
