Trento, 24 June (LaPresse) – The Trentino Civil Protection Agency has issued a yellow heat alert from 10.00 today until midnight on 30 June. The warning takes into account the maximum temperatures expected in Trentino, which will remain close to 35 degrees until tomorrow, with a possible rise to 38 degrees between Friday and Tuesday of next week. In the afternoons and evenings, particularly near the mountains, locally intense thunderstorms may also develop. “Following these forecasts and based on the assessments carried out, it is considered possible, from today onwards, that critical situations may arise, mainly due to ‘warning’ signs of dehydration and heatstroke, such as disorientation and confusion, nausea and vomiting, drowsiness (including deep drowsiness), sensitivity to light, a drop in blood pressure, and dry skin and tongue,” the Civil Protection Agency reports. “The utmost caution is therefore required.”
