Rome, 2 July (LaPresse) – The four individuals arrested on suspicion of the attack on journalist Sigfrido Ranucci have exercised their right to remain silent before the investigating magistrate in Rome. The four, who reside in the provinces of Naples and Avellino, are charged with possession, carrying in a public place and use of an explosive device, making threats and causing damage. Investigations by the Carabinieri’s investigative units in Rome and Frascati began following the bomb attack on the evening of 16 October 2025, in the municipality of Pomezia in the province of Rome, outside Ranucci’s home, where two cars were destroyed and the perimeter wall sustained damage.
