Milan, 6 July (LaPresse) – Lamin Saidilly, the 22-year-old arrested on Saturday on suspicion of attempted aggravated murder of a 55-year-old man who was stabbed 20 times for no reason outside a bar in Via Capecelatro in Milan, did not respond to the investigating magistrate. During the hearing to validate the arrest, which took place at San Vittore prison before investigating magistrate Luigi Iannelli, the young man from Conegliano Veneto – who is under investigation by public prosecutor Elio Ramondini on suspicion of attempted murder with aggravating circumstances and is represented by lawyer Simona Brambilla – exercised his right to remain silent. The investigating magistrate, who returned to the court in Milan a few minutes ago, may issue the order confirming the arrest and the request for pre-trial detention later today.
