Ranucci attack: Valter Lavitola under investigation as alleged mastermind

Rome, July 6 (LaPresse) – The restaurateur and former journalist Valter Lavitola is under investigation in the inquiry into the attack on Sigfrido Ranucci that took place last October outside the home of the Report presenter in Pomezia, in the province of Rome. The deputy public prosecutor of Rome, Edoardo De Santis, issued a search warrant covering all properties belonging to Lavitola, which was carried out by the Rome investigative unit of the Carabinieri, as he is suspected, together with another person, of being the alleged mastermind behind the attack.
