Milan, 18 July (LaPresse) – A fire broke out shortly after 7.30 pm in Milan at 23 Via Padre Placido Riccardi in the Palmanova district, in a flat on the sixth floor. One person is reported to have died, probably a woman, and several others have suffered smoke inhalation. The building – according to the emergency services – has been completely evacuated. Six fire engines from the Via Messina fire station have arrived at the scene and are still working to bring the flames engulfing the building under control.
