Rome, 19 July (LaPresse) – Fifty people were evacuated on Sunday from a swimming pool at a sports club in Mentana, in the province of Rome. The fire brigade arrived at the scene and detected a significant level of chlorine fumes. A 5-year-old child was taken to Sant’Andrea Hospital as a code red emergency. Seven other people, including four children aged between 10 and 15, were taken to other hospitals as code yellow emergencies. The sports club has been temporarily closed.
