I merely said that, before they pinned him to the ground, the bodycam footage shown on Tg1 showed that Fakir’s face and head were unharmed.” This was stated by Fabio Anselmo, the lawyer representing the family of Abderrahim Fakir, the 42-year-old man who died following an intervention by the police in the Pilastro district of Bologna.
